I wanted to extend my gratitude towards you for all that you have done regarding my mom’s car. As I’m sure you hear many times a day, accidents happen, and fortunately, some of them are fixable. It was so kind of you not to charge for this last repair. I am very lucky that you would do this for me, and once again I am extremely grateful. Going through two previous accidents was very stressful for my mom, so you can imagine how awful I felt that right after her car was fixed I scratched it again, I have come to realize maybe I’m not as experienced as I thought I was.
